The Art of Mike Mitchell

At Mike Mitchell's blog, he has his art on display. Its good.

Of note is his re-imagining of Batman as if he was on a middle-class budget.

I don't know much about this guy. A quick scan of the blog and his myspace page show that he's a professional artist, but not in the comics business. He looks like he'd make a great cover artist.

As a side note, there are quite a few Mike Mitchells out on the 'net. In trying to see if I could learn more about Mike via a Google search, I came across a several other Mike or Michael Mitchells being referred to. Including Michael Mitchell, a small press comic artist right here in Maine.
