A Libertarian endorsement of Fred Thompson:

Jimme at The Sundries Shack:

Actually, since I’m a registered Libertarian, I can’t vote in my state’s primary. So, my endorsement is of little value, but I’m giving it nonetheless. This past week has shown me that Fred Thompson is the only person in this entire crop of candidates suitable to lead our country…
Jimme gives a good argument for Fred.

There's lots of talk about Fred not wanting the presidency more than the other candidates, and how it supposedly hurts his campaign. To a Libertarian, this is not a bug, but a feature.

Heck, Fred's got TWO careers to fall back on outside of politics.

He's not my candidate, but we could do worse (and probably will).
